Who I am

This website belongs to Kateryna Bannikova, PhD, based in the United Kingdom. I am responsible for any personal data you share with me through it. You can contact me at hello@kate-martin.co.uk.

What data I collect

How I use it

I use the information you send only to reply to you and, if we agree to work together, to provide the service you asked for. My lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

Who I share it with

I do not sell or share your data for marketing. It is processed only by the services that run this website and my email: Cloudflare (hosting and email forwarding) and Google (email). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep it

I keep your messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or our work together, and normally no longer than two years after our last contact.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how I use it, by writing to hello@kate-martin.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
